PT Jambi Prima Coal, hereinafter referred to as the Company was established on August 1, 2005 based on the Notarial Deed of Sri Intansih, SH which was legalized by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights dated September 1, 2005 based on Decree Number: C-24248 HT.01.01.TH.2005, is a company that engages in the coal mining industry, including exploration, exploitation, processing, refining, transportation, and sales based on mining permits Mining Business License Production Operation Number: 66 of 2009.
In 2017, the Company was acquired by PT PLN Batubara (PLN Group) with shares owned by 60%, including: PT PLN Batubara (60%) and PT Indobagus Energy (40%).

MUHAMMAD TONAS
Komisaris Utama
Mr. M Tonas graduated from Universitas Krisnadwipayana. He started hi career at PT Bank Industri in 1996, and continued at PT. Indobagus Lestari in 1997. He was a member of parliament from 2004 until 2009.From 2010 unti 2016, he continued at PT Sigma Nugra Semada, and from 2010 until now he works at PT Indobagus Agra Mandiri and PT Indobagus Investama. And he appointed as President of Commisioner at PT Jambi Prima Coal since 2017 until now.
M RICKO AFRIYANDI

Mr M Ricko Afriandy is a graduate from Universitas Sriwijaya (Unsri) in 1995, holds degree in Mining Engineering. He served at PT Trakindo since 1995, and joined PT Petrosea in 2002. And in 2003 he appointed to PT Cipta Kridatama and back to PT Trakindo in 2005. He continued hi career at PT CIpta Kridatama in2008 until 2017, and joined PT Artamulia Tatapratama. He also as a BOD at PT Wargi Santosa, and He is a one of Board of Commissioners of PT Jambi Prima Coal since early of 2021
TARSIS TINGGI

Mr Tarsis Tinggi is a graduate from Universitas Hasanuddin (Unhas) in 1995, holds degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master Degree of Management from Universitas Gajah Mada (UGM). He served at PT Indonesia Power since 2000 and got an work assignment at PT PLN Batubara in 2018. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of PT JambiPrima Coal since at the early of 2021.

Mr Indra Pribadi has a Bachelor Degree of Economy. Start his career at PT PLN (Persero) since 1991 and move to PT PLN Batubara in 2008. In 2019, he served as a Chief Finance and Humar Resources Officer

Mr Hilarius Moan Dare joined PT. Indobagus Investama (IBI) in 2011, and served as Chief Operational Officer at PT. Surya Global Makmur (subsidiary of IBI as a mining company in Jambi). In 2017 he was appointed as Chief Operational Officer at PT Jambi Prima Coal
